COVID-19 has affected us all, whether it be physically, mentally, financially or emotionally. We have all been facing difficulties.

As the UK face another lockdown, this has been incredibly hard for people who are struggling mentally with the current circumstances of the pandemic.

The Institute For Fiscal Studies found that mental health has worsened by 8.1% on average as a result of the pandemic. In particular young adults with worse mental health pre-pandemic have been affected substantially.
